Age Restrictions

This website is intended to be used by persons over the age of 18 and of sufficient age to consume alcohol in their own jurisdiction. By placing an order with us online, you are confirming that you are of age. If you are buying alcohol for someone else, the recipient must also be of age. It is illegal to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the UK. Deliveries must be signed for by a person of age to consume alcohol. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they will request some form of ID. We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if the age and identity of the recipient is in doubt.

Orders

If you order an item that is on Pre-Order, please be advised that the dispatch date is a target, and this may be subject to change. If there are any delays to pre-ordered products being sent to you, we will get in touch to provide an updated delivery estimate to help manage your expectations.

Promotional terms and conditions

From time to time we main run special promotional activities for specific products or services or for specific time periods. We may amend our standard terms and conditions for these specific promotions and will make that clear in the promotion.

Shipping

Delivery dates will vary depending on product availability and your location. Your online shopping basket will advise of charges and estimated delivery dates at point of order. Remote locations such as the Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland may have additional shipping costs and longer delivery times.

International delivery

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or virtual addresses. In the rare situation that there might be an issue with your delivery or the items, please speak with our team on 0044 (0) 1355 202 590 or send an email to myorder@raer.co.uk

What happens if one of my items is missing or broken?

What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?

If you are not in at the time of delivery, the courier will try to follow special delivery instructions if provided. Where there are no special delivery instructions, the courier will either leave the package at a secure location at your property, give the parcel into a neighbour for you if possible, or they will take the goods back to the delivery centre. A card will be provided to advise where your parcel is located.

Returns

If you change your mind about your order and no longer want your item or items, please contact us at myorder@raer.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Alternatively, you can call Jackton Distillery on 0044 (0) 1355 202 590.

Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you will have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returned items should be sent back unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

Where a refund is due following a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we will refund the standard delivery cost only.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, the cost of returning goods to us is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that a tracked service is used and that proof of postage is retained until the return has been received by us.

Once your order has been returned, we will get in touch to confirm it has been received and your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued via your original method of payment.

There may occasionally be price changes due to promotional offers, goods which are out of stock whilst we await production runs, and unintentional errors on our website. RAER Scotch Whisky Limited reserves the right not to be liable for these errors or changes and neither RAER Scotch Whisky Limited, nor any employee or representative of RAER Scotch Whisky Limited shall be liable for damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold through our online store. RAER Single Malt Pre-Sale Terms

These pre-sale terms apply to orders for RAER Single Malt Scotch Whisky, The Inaugural Release.

1. Pre-sale orders

RAER Single Malt is available to pre-buy ahead of its official launch on 4 September 2026.

Payment will be taken at the time your pre-sale order is placed. Your order is confirmed once payment has been completed and you have received an order confirmation email.

Pre-sale orders are subject to availability.

2. Shipping

RAER Single Malt pre-sale orders will begin shipping from 4 September 2026.

If your order includes RAER Single Malt and other items, your full order will ship together from 4 September.

Delivery options will be shown at checkout. UK delivery is available through the website. International customers should contact enquiries@raer.co.uk for details of our overseas shipping partners.

Delivery is charged at £5 for orders under £75.

3. Distillery collection

Distillery collection will be available from 10am on 4 September 2026.

If you’d like to collect your order from Jackton Distillery, please select Collection when checking out.

Please bring your order confirmation with you when collecting.

4. Age restriction

You must be aged 18 or over to purchase alcohol from Jackton Distillery.

We reserve the right to request age verification before completing an order, dispatching an order, or handing over an order for collection.

5. Availability and order review

RAER Single Malt Batch No.1 is a limited release.

Jackton Distillery reserves the right to review, amend or cancel orders that appear to be placed for resale, misuse or in error.

If we need to amend or cancel your order, we’ll contact you using the details provided at checkout.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Standard online cancellation and refund rights apply.

If you need help with your order before dispatch, please contact enquiries@raer.co.uk with your order number.

7. Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the packaging and damaged item so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Select Drams Trade Offer: Free Jackton Distillery Branded Glencairn Tasting Glasses

Terms & Conditions

1. This offer is promoted by RAER Scotch Whisky Ltd, Jackton Distillery, Scotland.

2. The offer is available from 1 July to 30 September 2026, or while stocks of Jackton Single Malt last, whichever comes first.

3. This offer is available strictly to Select Drams trade customers only and only in areas where Select Drams currently delivers.

4. To qualify, eligible customers must place an order directly with Select Drams for one full case of Jackton Single Malt, containing six 70cl bottles.

5. Qualifying customers will receive six Jackton Distillery branded Glencairn tasting glasses free of charge, within 30 days of placing their qualifying order.

6. The free glassware is limited to one set of six glasses per Select Drams trade customer during the offer period, regardless of the number of qualifying cases purchased or qualifying orders placed.

7. The free glassware will be added automatically to qualifying orders. No promotional code or separate claim is required.

8. The glassware is supplied free of charge, with no additional charge for the glasses or their delivery alongside the qualifying order.

9. The offer is subject to availability of Jackton Single Malt stock. Once available Single Malt stock has sold out, the offer will end, even if this is before 30 September 2026.

10. RAER Scotch Whisky Ltd and/or Select Drams reserve the right to substitute the branded Glencairn tasting glasses with an alternative item of equal or greater value if the glasses become unavailable.

11. There is no cash alternative and the free glassware is non-transferable.

12. If a qualifying order is cancelled, returned, refunded or credited, the free glassware must also be returned unused and in its original condition. RAER Scotch Whisky Ltd and/or Select Drams reserve the right to recover the value of the glassware if it is not returned.

13. This offer cannot be redeemed through Jackton Distillery, RAER.co.uk, or any other retailer, wholesaler or third party. Orders must be placed directly through Select Drams.

5. Qualifying customers will receive one 70cl bottle of RAER Original Blended Scotch Whisky free of charge with their qualifying order.

6. The free bottle is limited to one 70cl bottle of RAER Original Blended Scotch Whisky per Dunns Food and Drinks trade customer during the offer period, regardless of the number of qualifying bottles purchased or qualifying orders placed.
