Ingredients
- 35ml RAER [rare] Whisky
- Juice of 1 lime (or your fruit of choice)
- Lemonade (or your mixer of choice)
- Crushed ice
Method
- Pour a measure of RAER [rare] whisky over crushed ice.
- Add the juice of one freshly squeezed lime.
- Top up with (diet) lemonade or your preferred choice of mixer.
- Garnish with a wedge of lime.
- Enjoy!
- Top Tip: If you don’t want to water down your cocktails, substitute ice cubes for frozen wedges of lemon and lime. You can’t go wrong so feel free to add as many as you wish to see swirling around in your glass, goblet or jar!
