Sourced from the exquisite first fill sherry casks of the Jerez region in Andalucía, Spain, this RAER whisky is the third of our tantalising sherry finishes. Decanted into Amontillado sherry casks, our national and international award-winning whisky undergoes further maturation at Jackton Distillery, resulting in a specialist expression that embodies the essence of sherried sunshine.

On the nose, the whisky presents a smooth caramel aroma, followed by a luscious, juicy peach palate, and finishing with a delightful warmth and spice. This stunning Scotch, the final release in our acclaimed trilogy of sherry expressions, truly makes you wonder, have we saved the best for last?
