Having sourced exquisite first fill sherry casks from the Jerez region of Andalucía in Spain, RAER then decanted the national and international award winning RAER signature blend into a sweet, nutty, Oloroso Sherry cask to bring you this irresistibly tasty dram. With all the sweetness of PX, and a drier champagne like finish, this rich, full-bodied whisky will not disappoint.
40% ABV. Unpeated.
Recommended serve
No need to add water or ice, simply keep your decanter bottle at room temperature and enjoy this whisky expression neat in your favourite glass. The only mix we recommend with this spirit is a healthy raisin and nut mix along with a couple of squares of dark chocolate!
