50ml RAER Whisky | 25ml Lime juice | 12.5ml Sugar syrup | Lemonade

Garnish with slices of lemon or lime.

35ml RAER Whisky | 25ml of Sweet Vermouth | 12.5ml Sugar syrup

Top with cranberry juice. Garnish with a slice of orange and a sprig of rosemary.

Blended Whisky Cocktails

The Cranachan

50ml RAER Whisky | 25ml Lemon juice | 12.5ml Sugar syrup | 4 Raspberries | 30ml Egg Whites (two tablespoons)

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Remove the ice and re-shake. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with shortbread and raspberries.

RAER Bird

40ml RAER Whisky | 40ml Pineapple juice | 20ml Coconut syrup | 20ml Bitter aperitif

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Remove the ice and re-shake. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with a pineapple leaf.

Honey and Orange Blossom

50ml RAER Whisky | 25ml Lemon juice | 12.5ml Honey | 2 Teaspoons orange marmalade | Soda

Add all ingredients (apart from soda) to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain over cubed ice. Top with soda and garnish with an orange twist.

The Whisky Hop

25ml RAER Whisky | 25ml Peach schnapps | 50ml Pink grapefruit juice | 12.5ml Sugar syrup | Top with IPA to taste

Add all ingredients (apart from soda) to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into glass. Top with IPA and garnish with a pink grapefruit twist.

Oloroso Blend Cocktails

RAER Old Fashioned

50ml RAER Whisky Oloroso Expression | 2 drops bitters | 1 Brown sugar cube | Orange zest

Add a couple of drops of bitters to a brown sugar cube and orange zest in your glass and muddle it into a paste. Pour in two shots of RAER Oloroso and stir, topping with ice to taste before garnishing with an orange twist.

Passion & Spice

50ml RAER Whisky Oloroso Expression | 10ml Pimento dram | 20ml Lemon juice | 20ml Sugar syrup | 20ml Passionfruit puree | Teaspoon freshly grated ginger | ½ Passionfruit soda

Add all ingredients (apart from soda) to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain shaker contents over ice. Top with soda, garnish with passionfruit and pineapple leaf.

Pedro Ximénez Cocktails

Whisky Sour

60ml Pedro Ximénez Whisky | 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 15ml Sugar Syrup | 15ml of Egg White | 2 dashes of Bitters

Add all ingredients to the shaker, dry shake (no ice) for 30 seconds to combine the egg whites, add ice and shake again until ice cold, fine strain into a tumbler glass and garnish with a dried orange.

RAER Paper Plane

30ml Pedro Ximénez Whisky | 30ml Vermouth | 30ml Aperol | 30ml Lemon Juice

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake well until ice cold, strain into a coupe glass, and garnish with a mini paper airplane or a lemon twist.

Apple Pop

20ml Pedro Ximénez Whisky | 25ml Apple Juice | Soda water

Fill a highball glass with ice and mint leaves. Pour whisky and apple juice into the glass, fill to the top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.

The Med Martini

37.5ml RAER Gin | 12.5ml Orange triple sec liqueur | 12.5ml Lemon juice | 5ml Red Italian bitters | 2 Teaspoons orange marmalade

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with an orange twist.

Breakfast Martini

37.5ml RAER Gin | 25ml Cointreau | 25ml Earl grey tea | 20ml Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon orange marmalade

Add all of the ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with marmalade on toast!

Peach & Basil Smash

40ml RAER Gin | 20ml Peach schnapps | 25ml Lemon juice | 20ml Sugar syrup | 25ml Prosecco | 6 Basil leaves

Muddle basil in the cocktail shaker to release the aroma. Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker (apart from prosecco). Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into a coupe (or goblet over cubed ice). Top with Prosecco and garnish with basil and a lemon twist.

Gin Sour

37.5ml RAER Gin | 25ml Bitter aperitif | 12.5ml Elderflower liqueur | 25ml Lemon juice | Egg white

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Strain out the ice and re-shake without ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.

Rose Gin Cocktails

Pink Punch

37.5ml RAER Rosé Gin | 25ml Peach schnapps | 25ml Lemon juice | 20ml Pink grapefruit cordial | 4 Mint leaves | Soda

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker (apart from tonic). Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into a glass over cubed ice. Top with soda and garnish with strawberries, raspberries and mint.

Lychee Highball

37.5ml RAER Rosé Gin | 20ml Lychee liqueur | 20ml Lime juice | Tonic

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Strain out the ice and re-shake without ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.

Pink Paloma

50ml RAER Rosé Gin | 50ml Pink grapefruit juice | 25ml Lime juice | 12.5ml Sugar syrup | Grapefruit soda

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker (apart from grapefruit soda). Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into a glass over cubed ice. Top with soda and garnish with pink grapefruit.

50ml RAER Rosé Gin | 25ml Lemon Juice | 12.5ml Sugar syrup | Sparkling wine

A twist on the classic 75 using RAER’s Rosé Gin, a tasty, not too sweet gin for grown-ups!

Passionfruit Martini

25ml RAER Vodka | 25ml Passionfruit liqueur | 25ml Pineapple juice | 25ml Vanilla syrup | 50ml Passionfruit puree

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice and re-shake without ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with passionfruit.

25ml RAER Vodka | 25ml Coffee | 25ml Vanilla syrup | Double espresso

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice and re-shake without ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with three coffee beans.

Berry Caipiroska

25ml RAER Vodka | 25ml Raspberry liqueur | 12.5ml Sugar syrup | 6 Lime wedges (halved) | 3 Raspberries | 2 Blackberries

Muddle berries & lime in glass. Add crushed ice to top of glass and add in the vodka and liqueur. Churn and top with crushed ice. Garnish with raspberries and blackberries.

Cosmo

25ml RAER Vodka | 25ml Orange liqueur | 25ml Lime juice | 50ml Cranberry juice

Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker. Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with orange zest.

Watermelon Spritz

37.5ml RAER Vodka | 25ml Apple juice | 25ml Lime juice | 12.5ml Lychee liqueur | 12.5ml Sugar syrup | 2 Watermelon slices | Soda

Muddle watermelon in the cocktail shaker to release juice. Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker (apart from soda). Shake hard with cubed ice. Fine strain into a goblet. Top with soda and garnish with a slice of watermelon.
