This Christmas, join the RAER Alliance team for festivities, frivolity, and just a little taste of France, right here in Jackton.

Making his long-anticipated return from l’Hexagone (just for us!) is master storyteller and Director of RAER Alliance, Peter East, ready, raucous, and raring to fill your glasses with a touch of festive cheer. Expect gripping tales aplenty of Pete’s rare journey – from a whisky distiller here at Jackton, to finding himself flung across the Channel, and to his full immersion into the wine scene of La Belle France – featuring a few famous faces, close calls galore, and maybe even a bawdy joke or two, if you’re really lucky! 🎭

In between, Pete and the team will be taking you on your own œnophilic journey through six exquisite wines from Sebastien Fricker, our favourite boutique family-run vintner in the Loire Valley. From vineyard, to vat, and finally to vos verres 🍷

We’ll be talking pairings, learning how to taste like the experts… and maybe even mulling over some very special Christmassy creations whipped up exclusively for this tasting! 🤫😅

After your tasting, the Distillery Tasting Bar will be open for post-session cocktails and conversation!
