Every guest should feel welcome and supported at Jackton Distillery. Our site is designed to be generally accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with specific access needs, and our team is happy to help with any questions ahead of your visit.
Our Access Guide gives clear, practical detail on visiting Jackton Distillery; from travel and arrival through to the spaces you will use on site. It includes information on parking and step-free access, the Tasting Bar and shop layout, quieter seating sections, toilets, outdoor areas, and the full distillery tour route. It also includes information on optional interactive moments and sensory considerations, such as noise and strong aromas, plus advice on quieter “silent” visit times.
